'The invisible costs of renewable power: bringing nature resilience into the calculation'. AME is delighted…

We joined hundreds at the Senedd to protest against large scale wind farms in our countryside
We were delighted to join with concerned people from all over mid Wales to express our objections and anger about the plans to industrialise rural Wales with 220m high turbines, miles of pylons and all their associated infrastructure including roads, substations etc.
The turnout was good, the media coverage has been good in parts and we hope our political leaders not only heard the protest but truly listened to the genuine concerns, worries and strong objections underpinned with evidence that were clearly presented.
We must continue to build awareness among our friends and neighbours, our politicians and decision makers.
Please continue to give your support to us and the other groups campaigning across our nation for the voices of those who live and work in this beautiful place.
Our next event is at Penpont on 4th March (see previous post for more information)
